You have a 30-day window to decide if an item suits you. Should you find it unsuitable within this periodplease contact us directly, and we'll tailor solutions to your circumstances.

Return Policy:

For online purchases (excluding final sale items and gifts) through Plus Lofts, exchanges or refunds are permissible within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and accompanied by all original tags and packaging. Original shipping costs and insurance fees are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item:

Step 1: Initiate a request on the return portal page.

Step 2: Our support team will follow up on your return request.

Step 3: Package your item.

Step 4: Dispatch your package.

Please Note:

  1. Certain items are ineligible for return or exchange, including bikinis, tankinis, one-piece swimwear, final sale items, and lingerie.
  2. Returned items must maintain their unused condition and original packaging. We do not accept worn, damaged, washed, or altered items.
  3. Directly returning items without prior approval is not accepted. Please reach out to us before sending back any items. The address listed on the logistics list is not our return address; thus, we cannot accept returns sent there.

Refunds:

The shipping fee paid upon order placement is non-refundable. Only the cost of the clothes will be reimbursed.

For free shipping orders, we'll deduct the corresponding shipping costs from the refund upon receiving the returned package.

Refund Timeframes:

PayPal refunds: Processed within 3 business days.

Credit card refunds: Completed within 7-14 business days.

Exchanges:

Reshipment arrangements will be made within 3 business days after submitting your request.
